Remember that weird girl in school who never quite managed to fit in? Who was always silent and strange? That was me during my entire teenage life. A few years after finishing college (with a degree in arts) I decided that the best way to become more sociable, while also feeling safe, was to test my people skills online. I would spend hours on end reading and commenting on interesting articles. Because my observations were pertinent, I would inevitably engage in meaningful conversations with people I would have probably never met under normal circumstances. One of these people actually encouraged me to start writing a column of my own. It wasn’t long until my writing transformed into an opinionated and sociable woman. Sure, I might get flushed every once in a while when I’m out with my friends, but writing and interacting with people on subjects like politics, sports and technology have helped me find my true calling.

Anna grew up on a steady diet of 20th century literature, science-fiction movies and Viking lore. Unsurprisingly, she turned into a technology geek with an inclination for history & fantasy. Although these subjects are seemingly opposite, Anna believes that history can give us a better perspective on the future. She will devour any book or documentary about ancient civilizations in a heartbeat. That is, of course, by reading it on her brand new iPad. Her first attempt at writing was a Sci-Fi stories in which iconic historical people were reimagined having discussions with one-another (with the help of technology). It wasn’t the biggest success but it didn’t stop Anna from writing her reviews and commentaries. Three years ago, she began collaboration with an online news journal. She’s been covering political, science and technology subjects ever since.

David Warren is a serious tech aficionado. Five years ago he finished his studies at the California Institute of Technology, Caltech, where he earned a degree in Computer Science. Two years ago, he got hired as a data protection analyst in an American multinational company. When he gets bored with security protocols, he enjoys writing reviews and previews of his favorite gadgets and games. Unlike other tech writers, he doesn’t dedicate all of his time to smart-phones, tablets or laptops. David prefers to cover subjects that truly represent an innovation to the tech world, and hopefully, raise awareness among his readers. If it’s tech news you’re interested in, you should definitely keep an eye out for David.
