Apple misses the days when they were so ahead of the curve in anything regarding mobile technology, that competitors thought they had intelligence sent from the future telling them how to build smart phones.
But now, nearly a decade had passed since the launch of the first iPhone and after losing its founder and CEO, Apple seemed, for a while, overwhelmed by the growing competition.
So, after the success Samsung registered with the new Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge, Apple had no choice but to step up their game. Their last iPhone featured a larger screen meant to allow users a better navigating experience.
And for the launch of the new iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus, they decided to offer more than just a few additions to their previous phone.
So come September (their usual launching period), get your tent ready to camp out for a few nights, because a new and greatly improved iPhone 6 will arrive to Apple stores all over the globe.
Rumor has it that not only will the iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus double its RAM from 1GB to 2 GB, but it will also double the number of megapixels on the rear camera (from 8 to 16). The new rear camera is also said to be equipped with a never before seen type of technology.
The new iPhone will also feature an improved microphone to allow better voice recognition and the new processor, A9 Chipset, will be faster and more powerful than any other processor installed on an iPhone.
And just like Samsung has, Apple plans on offering a more accurate scanning device to allow fingerprint recognition.
However, the best feature of the new iPhone is said to be the addition of the track pad pressure-sensitive technology. Already found on the 13-inch MacBook Pro – Retina Display and the 12 -inch Macbook, the Force Touch technology is what Apple hope will make the difference between the new iPhone and its android based competition.
Similar to a mouse, the new technology will allow users to access apps and web pages with just the stroke of a finger.
The sapphire crystal display cover glass is also said to be featured on the new iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus, but this is a rumor we have heard before. The new sapphire glass display will give the iPhone a sturdier and more difficult to scratch surface than its current Gorilla Glass display.
However, since it is harder to cut and more expensive to manufacture, the price of the new iPhone is sure to reflect the monetary aspect of the new display.
Apple will also be offering a rose gold option in choosing your next iPhone, no doubt to match the highly expensive version of the Apple Watch.
Equipped all these new features, the new iPhone may very well be called iPhone 7 and it has a great chance of becoming the best sold mobile device of 2015.
