With the rise of browsers today, like Safari, Firefox and Chrome, it is believed that Internet Explorer will be on the way out, as per an “Ask Me Anything” session recently, on Reddit. A case was made by the engineers of Microsoft that the perception of public about Internet Explorer can be changed and it is felt that this obligation is being weighed upon themselves.
Often, the decision of not using Internet Explorer is based largely based on experiences from a decade ago and a much different Internet Explorer. It is their job of changing the perception of public and winning the hearts of users everywhere. Each person opening Internet Explorer, and downloading another browser is another person who would be working hard tomorrow for winning back.
While these engineers of Microsoft may have meant what was said about the bad experiences, there are several people over the internet who use Internet Explorer and still find it repulsive in comparison with the web browsers Google Chrome and Firefox. This means to say that not everyone has this perception of Internet is preventing him or her from using the web browser of Microsoft. When it comes to using it on mobiles, some people find it very difficult.
The Chrome browser has something that works in general for mobiles, whether it is using a tablet, smartphone, desktop PC or a laptop PC. Chrome also has a good synchronization with the content on other devices so that you can get back to the page you were reading earlier, without fail. Internet Explorer has its share of viruses and bugs but it seems as if it is still in the desktop PC era. This is one of the complaint that has been heard from the current window users as to why Windows Phone 8.1 and Windows 8.1 is despised.
