A stoned naked woman goes berserk in Alaska Subway, after she locked herself into a toilet for nearly two hours. The woman was eventually arrested after wreaking havoc in a Subway restaurant in Anchorage and now faces criminal charged for third-degree criminal behavior and resisting arrest.
The incident happened Tuesday, after the woman entered the restaurant and rushed into the bathroom. She emerged two hours later, took off her clothes and broke everything she could find.
Police said that the 35-year old woman, Nikki Abrell, broke furniture, threw food around, trashed computers, sprayed fire extinguisher all over the place, and even displaced ceiling tiles.
“She disrobed, went fully nude and kinda just went nuts,”
Sgt. Shaun Henry said.
Investigators suspect that the woman was high on weaponized marijuana or K2, a drug that often leads to destructive psychotic episodes. She even resisted arrest and managed to break free from one handcuff and throw her arms forward. She couldn’t speak, witnesses noted. All they could hear was a ‘murmur.’
Subway said that the damage done is estimated to over $20,000. One of the restaurant’s workers said he found solid human waste on the location’s floor when he tried to clean the place up.
Sgt. Henry also said that the damage done to the Subway was ‘significant’ and that it would take a while before staffers manage to fix it. The police told reporters that the news that a stoned naked woman goes berserk in Alaska Subway is not unusual.
While some people go to sleep, other people go berserk, police explained. That’s why the drug is very dangerous because one never knows what type of reaction a user may have. The police deemed the woman’s behavior as a ‘very extreme reaction’ to weaponized marijuana.
The police also urged people not to get close to people that consumed the drug. Users can be very aggressive because the drug apparently makes some of them immune to pain. As a result, tasering and capsicum spray are often ineffective.
Police officers are also at risk when they try to restrain such individuals. Other people on weaponized pot were arrested after similar behavior. Australian law enforcement officers said that they had suspects running through plate-glass and attacking vehicles while on the drug.
Weaponized marijuana is a synthetic drug that has the same effects as cannabis. It can also lead to serious health complications such as stroke and sudden death. The drug is often commercialized in colorful packets and it is either drunk or smoked.
