Chyronhego Corp (CHYR) shares dropped 12% Friday morning after the video graphics designer reported its Q1 actual loss trebled, while on a per share basis losses doubled.
The Q1 loss was $3.2 million, or a loss of $0.10 per diluted share, widening from a loss of $917,000, or $0.05 per share for the same quarter last year.
Revenue increased, however, to $12.6 million from $8.0 million Q1 2013.
Shares are down more than 12% to $2.05 with a 52-week range of $1.01 to $3.12.
