There have been a lot of rumors about the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S6, most of them concerning the smartphone’s appearance. The latest Samsung Galaxy S6 rumors talk about how the new smartphone will feature a metal part and a very unique curved edge.
A tech blog said that the new Samsung Galaxy S6 will come all dressed up in an aluminum unibody chassis. The same blog delivered the other news, that the S6 will have a curved display.
Supposedly the new display will have both edges curved, a rumor started by an analyst back in November, although the curved display on the new Samsung Galaxy S6 will not be similar to the one on the Galaxy Note Edge.
The curves of the upcoming Galaxy S6 will be different than the ones on the Note Edge, which will not make it difficult to grip. This can only mean that the S6 will have slightly less curved edges, but we won’t know for sure until Samsung confirms some of the rumors and speculations that have been going around tech blogs for some time.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 rumors hint at the fact that the flagship phone will come in two versions: one that will run on a Snapdragon 810 chip and the other variant will have an Exynos 7. The rumors say that both smartphones will be called Galaxy 6 and they will both have curved edges.
Some say that camera will be more than 20MP, compared to the 16MP camera of the previous Galaxy S5. Samsung may even add new features like Optical image stabilization.
This is not the first time Samsung will release two variants of the same phone. In the past Samsung announced a US version of the phone and the second one, an international version.
The latest rumors about the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S6 will continue to exist until Samsung decides to answer to some of them.
The official release date has not been announced by Samsung officials, but many hope that Samsung will put an end to all the rumors and speculations and at the 2015 CES in Las Vegas.
