A 19-year-old woman from Wisconsin assaulted a McDonald’s employee for giving her the wrong breakfast order. Debreaka Jones slammed the employee into the fryer for reportedly failing to give her a bacon breakfast sandwich.
The entire incident was caught on the outlet’s security cameras. The police charged the attacker with physical abuse of a child and disorderly conduct. The employee that Jones attacked was 17-year-old. Glendale Police Department added that it is considering a felony assault charge, as well.
According to police records, Jones snapped over receiving a sausage biscuit instead of a bacon breakfast sandwich. She originally placed the order at the restaurant’s drive-thru, but moments later, she and a female friend entered the restaurant to complain about the order.
Security cameras show Jones getting behind the counter, arguing with another woman and the 17-year-old who provided the wrong order, and slamming the teen worker into a nearby fryer. The teen hit her head in the incident and was immediately taken to a hospital.
The assault occurred on March 18.
What the f*** is this? I didn’t order no sausage biscuit,
Jones was heard saying to the employee before slamming her into the frying station.
A manager had reportedly given the enraged customer another breakfast sandwich before she and her friend entered the dining area. Jones reportedly yelled at the manager for still not getting her order right.
The manager reportedly offered the woman a refund, but that didn’t stop the suspect from getting behind the counter in full rage mode and shoving the McDonald’s employee into the fryer.
Shortly after the incident, the woman and her friend left the restaurant. Hours later, The Glendale Police announced they apprehended the suspect thanks to “dozens of tips” from other customers and employees.
