Everyone has heard about offline playback and the changes that Google wants to make in the service offerings. However, now there is evidence as to where Google has headed with Google Play Music and Youtube. The new music subscription of Google is being named as YouTube Music Key and offline-playback mode, ad-free Playback and an audio-only mode through which video playback can be turned off is provided.
We expect this ad-free music as there are a no. of companies who charge for having the ads removed from the Internet radio services or Internet music. The offline playback mode is a great feature for those who don’t have LTE or Wi-Fi connection, but still wish to listen to music.
The bonus is that with this YouTube Music Key Service, one can get access not only to the new audio music subscription service but also to Google’s Play Music. Earlier, the price of Google’s Play Music subscription service was $9.99 monthly, without getting an access to anything new with YouTube. On the other hand, YouTube is offered as a free service, but only video play is provided without an audio service. Now, the new service of YouTube can be utilized along with Google’ Play Music at the price of $9.99.
This is definitely a good deal for people who have in interest to live on YouTube on daily basis. This is also good for users of Android who don’t care for Pandora or Spotify but want something exclusive. For those having Samsung devices, if ad-free and offline playback experience is desired, the new $3.99 premium service can be availed.
It is hoped that a repeat function would be added both to the audio as well as video music services.
